Testimonials

With Dr. Hermann Kluge you are definitely in good hands. I had two extractions, an implant and an epicectomy done by Dr. Kluge. He is a very experienced oral surgeon, very patient-centered, empathetic and gentle. His assistants, both medical and administrative, were also very supportive.

Irina Ramfu-Flader

Wow, an amazing experience I had. Removed one of my tooth and through the whole process I did not feel any pain. Doctor kept making jokes with me while busy with the procedure. The process took less than 5 min with no pain. The man does have lots of experience.

Kabelo Phele

Dr Hermann Kluge is a world class Maxillofacial & Oral surgeon. He is also a very friendly and people orientated person. I am very satisfied with the end results of my Orthognathic surgery. My recovery process was painless and very fast. You can definitely make him your first choice.

Dental Implants

Anyone who is missing teeth or wearing dentures is a candidate for dental implants and can benefit from increased chewing efficiency and improved appearance or speech. Dr. Hermann W Kluge is involved in all stages and levels of dental implant rehabs.

Bone Grafts

When a defect in the bone is created by a tooth extraction or periodontal disease, it is important to replace that lost bone with a material that will become bone again. Healthy bone is necessary for healthy teeth.

Wisdom Teeth

Serious problems can develop from impacted wisdom teeth, i.e. pain, infection, and crowding or damage to adjacent teeth. If you have wisdom teeth they should be evaluated for possible problems.

Facial Trauma

Fractures (broken bones) can involve the lower jaw, upper jaw, cheekbones, eye socket, and combinations of these bones. At Kluge+, we treat many influential athletes that include the Blue Bulls and Springbok rugby players.

Orthognathic Surgery

Orthognathic surgery often requires a team approach with the oral and maxillofacial surgeon and the orthodontist.

TMJ Disorders

Temporomandibular Joint Disorders are a family of problems related to your complex jaw joint. If you have had symptoms like pain or a “clicking” sound, you’ll be glad to know that these problems are more easily diagnosed and treated than they were in the past. At Kluge+, Dr. Hermann W Kluge specializes in TMJ replacements, with over 100 custom full TMJ replacements done, making him one of the leading TMJ replacement surgeons in South Africa.

Oral Cancer

The inside of the mouth is normally lined with a special type of skin (mucosa) that is smooth and pink in colour. Any alteration in this appearance could be a warning sign for a pathological process. The most serious of these is oral cancer.
